Hi, I’m Yoni Cohen, a peakleap instructor with over 15 years of global experience in law, negotiation, and risk management. As Head of Contract Negotiation and Strategy at KPMG Germany, I lead strategic negotiations and help align legal frameworks with business growth.

A U.S.-qualified lawyer, my background includes roles at top law firms and over a decade at KPMG, where I’ve progressed from global risk management to shaping negotiation strategy across borders. I'm passionate about helping legal professionals navigate high-stakes conversations and build stronger client relationships – especially in international and multicultural settings.

I’ve lectured on cross-cultural negotiation and legal ethics at institutions like Harvard, Sciences Po, SDA Bocconi, and the Institute for Law and Finance in Frankfurt. I also serve as Country Representative (Germany) for the Association of Corporate Counsel and frequently speak at international legal conferences, including ACC Europe.
