Hi, I'm Ralph Ashton, a peakleap instructor helping leaders solve their most complex challenges at the intersection of strategy and human dynamics. With a background in law, finance, public policy, and leadership development, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and transformational coaching to my work with senior executives, founders, and public leaders.

Over the past two decades, I've led national and global initiatives – from founding Australia’s first "think-and-do tank" to spearheading disaster recovery and climate action strategies in collaboration with the UN, NGOs, and government. I've worked as a commercial lawyer, an investment banker, and an executive coach to leaders navigating high-stakes decisions, cultural shifts, and personal turning points.

My proprietary Imagine–Empower–Build framework helps clients uncover new opportunities, align purpose with impact, and drive meaningful results – personally, organizationally, and societally. I've supported 10% of Australia's parliamentarians in leadership development and regularly work with business leaders, family offices, and government teams.

My passion lies in guiding people to bridge the gap between vision and outcome – equipping them to lead with clarity, resilience, and long-term impact.
