Hi, I'm Jonathan, a peakleap instructor with over 15 years of experience guiding teams at Fortune 500 companies and emerging businesses. Throughout my career, I have developed winning strategies using applied psychology and mentalism principles that I have now consolidated into a teachable system for professional development and performance enhancement.

I have not only trained front-line employees but also elevated C-suite executives to peak performance. As a professional mentalist and former performer who entertained troops overseas and performed in Vegas, I was fascinated by the science of influence, persuasion, and human psychology. How does one truly connect with an audience and create lasting impact?

Intrigued by this pursuit, I transitioned my career to guide professionals in building their influence within corporate environments. BP brought me in to train their entire C-suite on advanced communication and persuasion techniques. For 3 years, I worked with State Farm leading monthly professional development workshops for their agents nationwide, helping them master the psychology of client relationships and sales performance.

Starting with 15,000 live performances at Universal Studios (where we became the highest-selling third-party vendor), I eventually rose to senior marketing consultant at the world's #1 digital marketing agency, where I interviewed and consulted with 1,400+ business professionals across every industry imaginable. Guiding teams and professionals in the art of influence, persuasion, and strategic thinking is my passion.
