Hi, I’m Gemma Francis, the founder of GF Consulting and a peakleap instructor with over a decade of experience in business development. I’ve advised partners and associates at both boutique and global law firms on strategic development, legal directories, and competitive pitches.

As a former Legal 500 researcher and Business Development Manager, I've led successful pitches, crafted directory submissions, launched integrated campaigns, and managed global client relationships. With a multifaceted background in Law, Journalism, and Marketing, I bring a holistic and innovative approach to business development.

Four years ago, I moved from my in-house role at a London law firm to France, where I established GF Consulting. From the French countryside, I consult with individuals and firms worldwide. Known for being strategic, dynamic, and creative, I focuse on impactful activities that drive measurable business success.
